William (Bill) Porpiglia

William Porpiglia is a veteran executive with more than 30 years of call center, operations and customer service experience across multiple industries and companies. As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Mr. Porpiglia is responsible for ensuring excellent client relations and providing value-added services to his clients. At PRC, he has launched many new programs with Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications, education and financial management fields.
Before joining PRC, Mr. Porpiglia served as Executive Consultant to a telecommunications company, oversaw Customer Services and Logistics for VTech Innovation, and led Global Service Marketing at Philips Consumer Communications. He also held various leadership positions during a 25-year career at AT&T.
