Thomas L. Garrett

Thomas L. Garrett is a veteran senior executive with over 30 years of proven financial leadership experience across multiple industries and companies.
Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Garrett was Executive Vice President and CFO of PCA International, the operator of 2,500 retail portrait studios, and Executive Vice President of Churchill Mortgage and Nations Home Funding, where he led the company’s transition to full mortgage-banking operations. His experience also includes senior assignments as CFO of LTV Steel, the third-largest integrated steel producer in the US; CFO of Service Merchandise, a $4 billion catalog-showroom retailer; and Treasurer of Magma Copper Company. In his early career at Goodyear, Mr. Garrett served for more than 16 years in various roles in the Treasury and Corporate Finance areas.
Mr. Garrett holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Akron.
