Steven K. Richards is a seasoned executive with an outstanding record of growth and profitability in the BPO industry. He brings to PRC a wealth of industry experience and superior leadership credentials.
Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Richards served as President of Transworld Systems, the largest commercial receivables-management solutions outsourcer in North America. During his four-year tenure, Mr. Richards led a business expansion at Transworld, delivering record revenues and earnings. From January 2002 through April of 2004, Mr. Richards served in various senior executive roles, including COO at RMH Teleservices, a leading North American call center outsourcer. At RMH, Mr. Richards launched a series of rigorous sales and operational initiatives, spurring substantial growth and increasing profitability for the company. His background also includes key positions with AT&T and Excel Communications, a unit of BCE, Inc.
Mr. Richards earned a Business degree with honors from Penn State and has completed Executive Programs at Duke, UVA and Penn State.
