Norman DePalantino is a veteran executive with more than 30 years of operational excellence experience across multiple companies. Mr. DePalantino is responsible for PRC offshore call center operations in the Philippines and India.
Before joining PRC, Mr. DePalantino was President of ePerformance Consulting, providing Six Sigma project management to the AIG group of companies. He also served as President of Voxx Corporation, COO of Awards.com and VP Operations for The Home Shopping Network and was responsible for Training and Technology at Victoria’s Secret Direct.
Mr. DePalantino has a Masters degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
