Mabel M. Rodriguez is a veteran executive with over 20 years of experience in organizational efficiencies, business development, training, quality assurance, program development, business operations and customer care in the call center industry. Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for PRC’s portfolio of business with DirecTV.

Since joining the company in 1991, Ms. Rodriguez has overseen P&L for teleservices and PRC’s E-Care business units, supporting B2B and B2C clients for inbound/outbound sales and inbound customer care. Throughout more than 23 years of teleservices experience, Ms. Rodriguez’s career has encompassed all facets of customer care and service delivery. Her experience includes hands-on associate supervision, coaching and operations management. Ms. Rodriguez piloted PRC’s first TCS Workforce Management system installation and established forecasting and scheduling processes for deployment in all call centers.
