Bob Wren
Senior Vice President, Corporate Administration
A veteran executive, Bob Wren has over 15 years of proven general counsel, finance and management experience, having served in executive leadership positions for major corporations. Mr. Wren is responsible for overseeing Legal and Human Resources at PRC.
Before he joined PRC, Mr. Wren served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Portrait Corporation of America, Inc. ("PCA"). There, he led the business transition of the company during its acquisition by CPI, a St. Louis-based portrait photography company.
Mr. Wren holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University’s National Law Center.
