PRC Adds Large Healthcare Services Organization to Client Roster
Ft. Lauderdale, FL, March 16, 2010 - PRC, LLC (www.prcnet.com), one of the premier providers of outsourced customer contact management services, announced today that it has been hired as a business outsourcing solutions partner by one of the country’s leading providers of specialty services for the workers’ compensation market. PRC began providing inbound and outbound Customer Care services to this company out of its Durant, Oklahoma call center facility in late February.

The Customer Care program being delivered by PRC is designed to help its client streamline operational processes, establish a quality assurance methodology, and increase customer satisfaction. It involves providing economies of scale (technologies, infrastructure, staffing, etc.) and operational efficiencies; providing real-time performance management and decision-making with consolidated contact center standard/customized reporting; ongoing continuous improvement focused on performance, cost reduction and quality; and establishing and managing key business indicators related to the program’s success.
