Fort Lauderdale, FL, February 20, 2009 — PRC, LLC, a leading provider of outsourced customer contact management services, announced today that Bob Wren has been appointed Senior Vice President of Corporate Administration. Mr. Wren is a veteran senior executive with over 15 years of proven general counsel, finance and management experience.
Prior to joining PRC, Wren served ten years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Portrait Corporation of America, Inc. (“PCA”), the operator of 2,500 retail portrait studios, where his responsibilities encompassed all legal aspects, human resources and employee assistance for over 8,000 employees in five countries. He also managed PCA legal compliance in all 50 states and four foreign countries.
Wren’s experience also includes several executive leadership roles for American Studio, Inc. During his four year tenure with the company, Wren served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chairman, President and CEO. Wren spent his early career in a private law firm and as a Partner with Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, CPAs. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association.
Wren earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University’s National Law Center. Wren’s civic involvement includes serving on local boards of several international philanthropic organizations, including the Salvation Army and the YMCA.
